Notes: Customer satisfaction with the healthcare and social assistance sector has fallen to a score of 75.1 on the ACSI’s 100-point scale, down from 80 (the threshold of excellence) just a couple of years ago and its lowest point since 2006 (75.1). Satisfaction with ambulatory care and hospitals both shrunk, with the former falling to its lowest point (76) since the ACSI began measuring it in 2008. (more…)
