Notes: B2B media and information industry revenues grew by 3.3% to $27.6 billion last year (unadjusted for inflation), with digital advertising providing the bulk of the almost $1 billion in year-over-year growth, per the ABM’s latest BIN Report. Events remain the largest revenue stream, at roughly 44% of 2014 revenues, with print the next-largest (24% share). In fact, print had its smallest contraction in several years, with B2B print ad revenue actually growing by 7% in Q4. Meanwhile, data and business information revenues continue to grow, up by 4.2% to $2.8 billion in 2014. (more…)
